Delhi: Drug ring busted, over 368 kg of marijuana recovered, 2 arrested


An interstate drug syndicate was busted with police recovering 368 kg of marijuana near the Naraina ring road in Delhi. Two people were arrested for allegedly transporting the banned substance.

Both the men are residents of Odisha and accused of being carriers and suppliers of the drug.

The Narcotics Squad West District arrested the two accused with a consignment of marijuana that was being transported on a truck.

Both the men are residents of Odisha and accused of being carriers and suppliers of the drug, police said.

Both were arrested as they were on their way to deliver the consignment to an associate near Delhi’s Naraina ring road.
