Over a week ago, Amitabh Bachchan resumed shoot for Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) 12, after recovering from the novel coronavirus. Now, he isn’t just continuing to work, he is basically back to the grind, as they say. And trust Amitabh Bachchan to turn it into something extraordinary. Like for example, a poem dedicated just to KBC 12.
Amitabh Bachchan took to Instagram and shared a picture of himself from the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati 12. He is seen sitting on his high-seat with a phone in his hand, looking absolutely dapper in a blue suit. Along with the photograph, Big B added a beautifully worded poem as the caption.
He wrote, “Ji haan huzoor main kaam karta hoon, main tarah-tarah ke kaam karta hoon, main kism-kism ke kaam karta hoon. Kuch kaam kiye the maine masti main, kuch kiye praat-raat jabardasti mein. Ye KBC ki lat lagi hai, logo ko santusht karu bas yahi apeksha Sony ko. Shuruaat hui hai, abhi toh din kuch baki hain, sneh aadar pyaar mile, toh hum aabhari hain . Hum apna kaam karein, tum apna kaam karo (Yes sir, I work, I do different kinds of things, I do a variety of things. I had done some things for fun, I had done some through day and night. People are addicted to KBC, Sony expects me to satiate their addiction. It has just started, more days are yet to come, If I receive affection, love and respect, I will be grateful. We do our work, you do your work) (sic).”
Big B’s poem is inspired by the works of Bhawani Prasad Mishra, a Hindi poet and author, he adds at the end of his caption.
A week ago, Amitabh Bachchan had shared a series of pictures from the sets of KBC 12, after he resumed work on this season, post recovering from Covid-19. In one of the pics, Big B was seen sitting before the computer screen or ‘computer ji’, in another he was clapping, while a third one gave the audience a glipse of the whole set as the camera was panned out. Amitabh Bachchan had tweeted, “20 saal, 12wa parva, KBC: Kaun Banega Crorepati, aarambh! (sic)”
